We offer a comprehensive fault diagnostic service to evaluate the overall performance and condition of your vehicles transmission. From this, we can determine what type of problem you may have and make recommendations for whatever is necessary.

This service includes:

• Checking the level and condition of your transmission fluid. Fluid is normally reddish brown and translucent, depending on transmission type, with no particular odour. Low fluid level may suggest a leak, contaminated fluid will contain water or particles in it and signs of burnt fluid may indicate heat damage
• Checking the level and condition of transfer case and differential fluid, if applicable
• Road test your car to evaluate your car's performance and note any problems you have experienced
• Via a car ramp inspect the controls under the vehicle for any possible problems external to the transmission
• Electronically scan your vehicle utilising a computer to highlight any underlying issue codes
